When this website is accessed, the hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., USA) may process technical information such as the IP address, browser type, date and time of access, requested files and referrer information. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.

Cookies and tracking

The current website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels. It therefore does not display a cookie consent banner. If analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media or other non-essential technologies are added later, this policy and the consent setup must be updated.

Newsletter and free puzzles

When you sign up for the free puzzles, we process your email address to send you the puzzles and occasional ZenPixels news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@zenpixels.art.

Emails are sent via MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", J. Basanavičiaus 15, 03108 Vilnius, Lithuania), which stores your data on our behalf. The signup form loads a script from MailerLite, which transmits your IP address to MailerLite. MailerLite also records whether emails are opened and links are clicked. See the MailerLite privacy policy. Your email address is stored until you unsubscribe.
